Role & responsibilities :

1. Government & Private Tender Management

Identify, track, prepare, and submit government and private tenders end to end, including eligibility checks,

documentation, EMD and bank guarantee coordination, and submissions on GeM, CPPP, and state

procurement portals.

2.Technical Quotations

Prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations and proposals in coordination with the design, engineering,

and costing teams, ensuring specifications, pricing, and terms are complete and consistent.

3. Inter-departmental Communication

Act as a dependable link between the marketing, design, projects, accounts, and service teams so that

information, approvals, and documents move without friction.

4. Delay Identification & Resolution

Identify, track, and escalate project or process delays, follow each open item through to resolution, and keep

stakeholders informed at every stage.

5. Excel Sheets & Reporting

Create and maintain Excel trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards covering tenders, quotations, follow-ups, and

project status, keeping data current, accurate, and ready for review.

6. Marketing Activities

Manage and support marketing initiatives including campaigns, exhibitions, client visits, content coordination,

and lead follow-up

Preferred candidate profile

- Master's degree, such as an MBA or PGDM in Marketing, International Business, or Agribusiness, or an M.Sc.



in Agriculture or Biotechnology.
- 3 to 4 internships, preferably in relevant domains such as B2B marketing, sales, tendering, or the agri-tech and scientific industries.
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in marketing, business development, tendering, or sales coordination, preferably within B2B, infrastructure, engineering, or agri-tech businesses.

Skills & Competencies

Strong command of Microsoft Excel: formulas, pivot tables, and structured trackers

Explicit written and spoken English with professional correspondence skills

High attention to detail, ownership, and disciplined follow-through

Ability to manage several deadlines at once, calmly and reliably

Familiarity with GeM and e-procurement portals is an advantage

Willingness to learn Saveer's products, clients, and technical language
