Position: US Healthcare Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, database, references, and other recruiting methods.
- Screen and shortlist qualified candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Maintain daily submission and interview trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied, and other healthcare positions.
- Ensure timely submissions and closures for assigned requirements.
- Work closely with the team lead/manager to achieve monthly targets and delivery goals.

Required Skills:

- Experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Good communication and sourcing skills.
- Experience working on contract/temp healthcare staffing requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple requirements.
- Knowledge of job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc. Role & responsibilities
