About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to drive real estate sales and marketing initiatives for AM Realty Solutions, a fast-growing developer with over 25 million sq. ft. of delivered projects across Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Goa & Delhi NCR. This is a high-growth, target-driven role with strong incentive earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive sales of residential, commercial, and township projects through existing and new clients.
2. Conduct weekly sales review meetings to track performance and strategy.
3. Liaise between customers and the company on pricing, project updates, and launches.
4. Build and expand a strong client base through multiple sales channels.
5. Achieve aggressive sales targets with consistent client follow-up.
6. Deliver client presentations and close deals effectively.
7. Develop strategies to improve revenue and market share.
8. Ensure compliance with company sales policies and guideline.





Requirements

1. Graduate in any discipline.
2. Minimum 5+ years in Sales & Marketing, with real estate experience strongly preferred.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
5. Delhi NCR candidates only; immediate joiners preferred.
