Job Description-

Job Position- Oracle Fusion Finance Profile

Job Location- Noida-Delhi-NCR

Required Skills-

At least 10+ Year of experience in Cloud implementation with full life cycle Fusion Financials or Financials Cloud implementations (must be verifiable with a reference call)

• Demonstrated expertise in implementing Oracle ERP systems (Fusion Applications, or ERP Cloud)

• Strong Cloud experience in the following applications; AP,AR,GL,CA, Collections, Taxes, Reporting and Fixed Assets.

• Experience in the various phases of the project implementation lifecycle and knowledge of

software implementation methodology.

• CPA certification or an equivalent is a plus, International and Global implementation experience is a plus.

• Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business

requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room

pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of Financial ERP solutions

• Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills

• High commitment to exceed performance expectations

• Strong solution skills is a must.





• Strong internal motivation with a demonstrated desire to keep abreast of latest Oracle releases

Preferred candidate profile

Possess a deep understanding and have robust Functional skills on Oracle Fusion Finance Functional, with Finance Modules General Ledger, Budgetary Control, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Expenses, Enterprise Performance Management Cloud Service, Projects.

Stay updated with the latest releases, features, and best practices related to Oracle Cloud Applications.

Configure the system to match the business requirements and system design

Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions

Create workbooks and documentation to support the system design

Build trusted relationships with the client and manage their expectations on delivery within the scope

Transfer product knowledge to the project team and to the client via knowledge transfer

Be able to work well as part of a mixed team including Functional Consultants, Project Managers and Technical Consultants (both on-shore and off-shore)

Display persistence to complete tasks and the rigor to ensure the solutions are thoroughly tested

Can accurately estimate the time necessary for the delivery of work

Display a passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best of their ability
