Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate office and project site positions.
- Understand manpower requisitions and prepare job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), references, consultants, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare salary fitments and coordinate offer approvals.
- Release offer letters and negotiate compensation within approved budgets.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and maintain offer-to-joining ratio.
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation and onboarding formalities.
- Conduct reference and background verification as per company policy.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, interview records, and recruitment dashboards.




- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and monitor their performance.
- Participate in campus hiring, job fairs, walk-in drives, and recruitment events.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain recruitment records in HRMS and ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure recruitment complies with company policies and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Graduate with relevant recruitment experience may also be considered.

Experience

- HR Recruiter: 2-5 years
- HR Recruitment Specialist: 4-8 years
- Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, Staffing (Consultancy)
