Job Description - HVAC AutoCAD Draughtsman - Vacant Position - 01

Design and preparation of HVAC services drawings for Hotel/ Hospital/ commercial/ residential/ industrial buildings for the following works.

1. Should be able to study shop drawings from consultant / client.

2. Able to perform the following:

a. HVAC ducting design

b. Chilled water piping design

c. Design air distribution system

3. Good knowledge in HVAC system to take up complete Drafting works independently.

5. Responsible for making good for construction drawings & estimate quantities for design team.

6. Responsible for approval of all HVAC shop drawings and coordinate with architects/clients/contractors.

7. Internal co-ordination with planning & project team for coordination drawings.

8. Preparation of as built drawings if required.

Plumbing system

1. Toilet Detail layout
2. Water Supply, Drainage

Water supply schematic diagram
4. Drainage schematic diagram
5. WTP, STP, ETP & RO system diagram
6. Plant room layout
7. Tank puddle flange details
8. External (storm & sewage services)

Fire Protection system

1. Floor layout ( Sprinkler, Hydrant, Fire extinguisher )
2. Internal Hydrant & external hydrant system
3. Fire schematic diagram
4. Fire submission drawing prepare
5. Plant room details working or piping layout
6. Puddle flange layout.
7. Coordination of MEP services (FPS, PHE, Electrical & HVAC)

Working Conditions:

1. Primarily office-based, with occasional site visits and inspections.

2Travel may be required depending on project locations.
