Job Summary

Responsible for creating a positive first impression by welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating table seating, and ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests with a warm, courteous, and professional attitude.
- Manage reservations, walk-in guests, and waiting lists efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure comfortable seating arrangements.
- Coordinate with restaurant service staff to optimize table turnover and seating availability.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the reception and waiting areas.
- Provide guests with accurate information regarding menus, promotions, and restaurant facilities.
- Ensure compliance with the hotel's service standards and guest satisfaction objectives.

Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
- Professional appearance with strong grooming standards.
- Basic computer or POS system knowledge.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Summary

Responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service by providing attentive, courteous,



and efficient service while ensuring complete guest satisfaction and maintaining the hotel's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional table service throughout their dining experience.
- Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and make appropriate recommendations.
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with hotel service standards and sequence of service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate guest needs, and respond promptly to requests and concerns.
- Prepare, set, clear, and reset tables to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure timely service.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety regulations.
- Support restaurant opening, closing, and side-duty procedures.
- Promote menu specials, signature dishes, and beverages to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and restaurant service standards.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and a customer-focused approach.
- Well-groomed appearance with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work adaptable shifts and remain on your feet for extended periods.
