1. Component-Level Costing: Input, update, and maintain standard costs for thousands of electrical components
2. BOM Auditing: Audit the structural integrity of Bills of Materials (BOMs) provided by the R&D; and engineering teams. Ensure engineering changes (ECOs) are instantly reflected in the costing system to avoid production disruptions.
3. Amortization Tracking: Track tooling, masking, and specific programming jig costs, ensuring they are accurately amortized over the production life cycle of the corresponding SKU.
4. SOP Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding inventory movement, scrap disposal, and raw material issuance
5. Material Cost MIS: Compile daily and weekly reports on raw material consumption trends, gross margins per batch, and overall capacity utilization metrics for the plant management team.
