Project Planning & Management
Lead the development and management of project timelines, budgets, and work plans

- Ensure all phases of the design process, from concept to completion, are executed efficiently

- Allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and coordinate with team members

- Set explicit project goals, deliverables, and milestones

- Client Relations
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

- Present design concepts, timelines, and budgets to clients for approval

- Provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction

- Team Collaboration
Work closely with interior designers, architects, and procurement teams to ensure cohesive project execution

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and external partners

- Foster effective communication among team members

- Budget & Financial Oversight
