Position: QA Lead (Manual Testing Lead with Automation & AI-Driven Quality Practices)

We are looking for a QA Lead who can drive quality across multiple products, teams, and releases. This role is primarily focused on leading manual testing efforts, defining quality strategies, mentoring QA engineers, and ensuring successful product delivery.

The ideal candidate should have a strong manual testing background, good understanding of automation frameworks, and a practical approach toward adopting AI-assisted quality engineering practices to improve team productivity and effectiveness.

This role requires close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineering Leads, Developers, DevOps Engineers, and stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end QA activities for assigned products and releases.
Define test strategies, quality gates, test plans, and release validation processes.
Review business requirements and identify testing risks early in the development lifecycle.
Lead manual testing efforts across multiple projects and teams.
Ensure adequate test coverage across functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.




Drive defect triage discussions and quality improvement initiatives.
Establish QA standards, best practices, and governance processes.
Mentor and coach QA team members.
Track testing metrics, quality indicators, and release readiness.
Provide regular quality status updates to business and technical stakeholders.
Partner with automation engineers to improve regression coverage and testing efficiency.
Participate in production issue analysis, root cause discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:

12+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Solid expertise in manual testing methodologies and best practices.
Prior experience leading QA teams, projects, or quality initiatives.
Experience with web application, API, and end-to-end testing.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Experience creating and managing test strategies, test plans, and release validation processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
Experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
