- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks
- Expertise in dbt (Data Build Tool)
- Proven experience in the Healthcare domain (Healthcare Providers, Payers, Claims, EHR/EMR, FHIR, HL7, etc.)
- Robust SQL and data modeling skills
- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience with Delta Lake, Spark, and PySpark
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and Git version control
