Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (US Market)
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to manage end-to-end coordination for launching new exclusive locations while also handling US market support through voice and chat processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end processes for launching new exclusive locations.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Admin to ensure readiness before launch.
- Conduct site visits to assess location feasibility and operational requirements.
- Handle timeline management, vendor coordination, procurement, and logistics for new openings.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and operational guidelines.
- Support post-launch activities and ensure smooth transition to operations teams.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Manage US market customer interactions via voice and chat support.
- Handle independent account management with a high level of ownership.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in US market (voice and chat support).
- Experience in operations, account management, or new store/location launches.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with vendors, contractors, or facility teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Candidates with own vehicle for conveyance will be preferred.
