Job Title: Senior Education Counsellor (Sales) / Career Development Advisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Education Counsellor (Sales) / Career Development Advisor to guide prospective learners in selecting the right online education programs. The ideal candidate should have strong counselling and sales skills, with the ability to understand student needs, build trust, and drive enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students through calls, emails, and virtual/in-person meetings.
- Understand students' educational and career goals and recommend suitable online programs.
- Guide learners throughout the admission and enrolment process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective learners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, university offerings, and competitor activities.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- 1-3 years of experience in Education Counselling, Academic Sales, or Student Advisory.
- Experience in online degree counselling is mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as LSQ, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
