School Coordination & Exam Execution

- Plan and execute 15+ online Olympiad examinations per month across partner schools.
- Drive and manage participation of 4,000+ students every month.
- Coordinate with school principals, teachers, and coordinators to schedule and execute examinations smoothly.
- Provide timely communication, reminders, instructions, and post-exam follow-ups to schools.

Online Exam Management & Monitoring

- Share exam links, login credentials, guidelines, and other necessary information with schools and students.
- Monitor live online examinations to ensure smooth execution and minimize disruptions.
- Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve login, connectivity, or access-related issues.
- Collect and verify participation data, attendance reports, screenshots, and other post-exam documentation.

Operations Coordination & Reporting

- Collaborate with offline, central operations, and other internal teams for effective scheduling and execution.
- Plan, confirm, and manage school examination slots.
- Maintain accurate records of school executions, student participation, and examination reports.
- Ensure timely reporting and completion of all post-execution activities.





Key Requirements

- Graduate in any relevant discipline; B.Tech graduates are preferred.
- MBA qualification will be an added advantage.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience; freshers with strong communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid coordination, relationship management, and stakeholder-handling abilities.
- Basic working knowledge of online platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, Google Forms, and similar digital tools.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, responsible, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
