About the Role

LiveSkills is looking for a Business Development Intern to support a pilot outreach project for our blended POSH training program. The intern will research BFSI companies, identify HR/L&D;/compliance stakeholders, build a prospecting database, and support initial outreach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research BFSI companies such as banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and insurance firms
2. Identify HR Heads, L&D; Heads, Compliance Heads, and POSH-related stakeholders
3. Maintain a structured lead tracker with company, contact, role, source, and outreach status
4. Draft and send professional LinkedIn/email outreach messages
5. Track responses, follow-ups, and meeting opportunities
6. Share weekly progress updates with the team

Ideal Candidate

1. Student or graduate interested in sales, HR, edtech, or corporate training
2. Good research and LinkedIn prospecting skills
3. Robust written English communication
4. Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
5. Organized, proactive, and target-driven

Deliverables

1. List of 100 BFSI target organizations
2. Stakeholder mapping for HR/L&D;/compliance roles
3. Outreach tracker with response status
4. Qualified leads or meetings for the sales team
