We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Legal Skilled having experince of drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of commercial contracts while ensuring legal compliance and minimizing organizational risk.

The ideal candidate should possess strong contract management expertise, sound business understanding, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Draft, review, and vet a wide range of contracts including Manufacturing Contracts, Frame Work Agreements, Vendor agreements, service agreements, NDAs, Sponsorships Agreement and many more.
2. Identify legal risks and provide practical solutions to mitigate them.
3. Lead and support contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
4. Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and internal policies.
5.



Coordinate with internal departments for contract-related inputs and approvals.
6. Maintain contract records and ensure proper documentation and version control.
7. Liaise with external legal counsel when required.
8. Provide legal advice on contractual matters, Risk Mitigation and business transactions.

Experience & Skills Required :-

1. 6-9 years of post-qualification experience in contract management and legal affairs.(LLB).
2. Prior experience in Manufacturing, Mobile, Consumer Electronics, or Product-based organizations preferred.
3. Strong expertise in contract drafting, vetting, and negotiation.
4. Sound knowledge of corporate and commercial laws.
5. Excellent analytical and risk-assessment abilities.
6. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
7. Ability to handle multiple contracts and deadlines efficiently.
8. Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.
