Hiring GDS Executive | Travel Domain

Location: Noida, Sector 57

Working Days: 6 Days/Week

About the Role We're looking for a GDS Executive to join our Travel Domain team. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on GDS experience who enjoy working in a rapid-paced travel and ticketing environment, handling live customer bookings and amendments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end flight ticketing and PNR creation/management
- Process amendments, rebooking, and changes to existing travel bookings (date changes, cancellations, refunds, etc.)
- Provide customer support for travel-related queries — resolving issues around bookings, fares, and itineraries
- Coordinate with airlines/vendors as needed for booking confirmations and issue resolution
- Maintain accuracy in ticketing to avoid fare discrepancies or booking errors

Requirements





- Prior experience working on GDS Systems — Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo (any one is fine)
- Good verbal and written communication skills — this is a customer-facing process
- Basic understanding of the travel industry — fare rules, ticketing terms, booking flow
- Comfortable working 6 days a week in a target/process-driven environment
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
