Role & responsibilities

- Pricing of HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Canteen)/ B2B products.
- Competition benchmarking for HORECA products.
- Tracking of Tenders.
- Filling of online Tenders.
- Coordinate with Sales, MIS teams, F&A;, Leadership, PMO, etc. to track bid submission, negotiation phases, escalate critical tenders issues, ensure timely decisions & submission
- Manage Distributors loyalty program and Influencer management program for schemes & gifting
- Distributor schemes delivery
- Prepare & track monthly/ Quarterly P&L; for Direct accounts, NKAM/ NSM/ RSM/ASM level
- Reconciling beginning raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished-goods stock
- Preparing cost of goods sold (COGS)
- Project management skills
- Preparing data of Activities rates and Implementation in SAP.
- Financial Acumen (cost, budget, margins, profitability, etc.)
- Order settlement in SAP and their analysis
- Cost run in SAP
- Preparation of stock transfer rates and maintain in the system.
- Preparation and analysis of various reports related to Cost,



Pricing and Sales data.
- Pricing margins and rates implementation in SAP.
- Having good understanding of HORECA business related to schemes and Pricing.
- Need to visit on HORECA outlets and understand/prepare the data of Schemes and other offers of competitors.
- CMU Cost working
- Comparative Analysis on HORECA pricing.
- Connect with all functions (Mfg, Packaging, Production) for pricing and cost.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in cost accounting or product costing roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented setting.
- Strong technology expertise, including Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in SAP (mandatory)
