Job Scope:

The Lead DCOperations will be responsiblefor operating the data center with higher efficiency to achieve lower PUE andprovide 24/7 support to Data Center operations. Ensuring compliance withregulations and laws, update operation and facilities to meet the latest codesand client requirements. Work with internal operations teams, service deliveryteams, and security teams to provide excellent service support to customers andensure 100% uptime to the customers.

JobResponsibilities:

Direct maintenance and repair of mission critical data centers.

Plan and execute Data Center operational budgets, expenseforecasting and manage established budgets.

Create strategy for cost effective operations, focused on totalcost of ownership.

Oversee daily operation management and ensure compliance ofcompany policies and guidelines

Demonstrate critical thinking and innovation in approachingtraditional data center and emergent mission critical data center challenges.

Perform & develop people/vendor management, site capacitymanagement, infrastructure management, incident management, DC facilitymanagement, commercial building property management, etc.

Monitor and control the budgeted expenditures and ensure that theData Center systems are operating healthy and efficiently.

Reviews client's strategic plans and determines appropriatestaffing levels to meet expectations.

Perform leadership and supervision skills in administration dutiessuch as review, performance and disciplinary action

Attending emergency call outs and responsible to prepare theIncident reports, root cause and preventive measures.





Support 1 up manager for customer RFP including floor layout withfeasibility studies and guide the customer tours.

Reviewing theorganization's environmental policy

Analyzing its environmental impacts, legal requirements, andcompliance obligations

Setting environmental objectives and targets to reduceenvironmental impacts.

Follow & commit with Yottas Policystatements (eg. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/PIMS/ITSM / BCMS / EnMS etc.)

Undertake applicable training ascommunicated from time to time.

Understand the organizationsexpectations towards all management systems the company is certified for.

Participation in Risk assessmentprocess, contribute in achieving departmental & management systemobjectives.

Adhere to confidentiality policy tosafeguard sensitive company information, maintain trust with clients andpartners, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Perform their duties in the event ofemergency as per roles in ERP/BCMS plan.

Assist in maintaining PIMS controlsthroughout personal data lifecycle.

Thorough understanding and experience with Open stack componentsand modules

Direct experience with public clouds such as AWS

Strong knowledge in software architecture, data structures,

Qualification andExperience:

Bachelor or masters degree in electrical, Electronics, Mechanicalor Building Services or other related disciplines.

15+ years of experience as a facilities Manager or Chief Engineerin critical facilities management.

Experience with failure analysis activities and root causeanalysis

Proven work experience in operational risk identification andassessment from component to system level applying analytical, experimental andstatistical approaches to evaluate MOP, SOP, EOP documents

Rich experience in working with Operation & Maintenance fieldwith a result-oriented Leader strongly believe in Team management.

Familiarity with major data center infrastructure equipment.

Experience working with customers.
