About the Role

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations across Amazon, Nykaa, and Myntra. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing seller accounts, product listings, inventory, order processing, catalog management, and customer support on these platforms.

Experience with Shopify, Flipkart, Alibaba, IndiaMART, or TradeIndia will be an added advantage, but Amazon, Nykaa, and Myntra experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

- Manage daily operations on Amazon, Nykaa, and Myntra seller panels.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all marketplace activities.
- Monitor account health, product visibility, and marketplace performance.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams whenever required.

Product Listing & Catalog Management

- Create, upload, and optimize product listings.
- Update titles, descriptions, images, specifications, attributes, and keywords.
- Ensure catalog accuracy and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
- Improve product listings for better visibility and conversions.

Order Processing

- Process daily marketplace orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
- Track shipments and resolve order-related issues.
- Manage returns, cancellations, and replacements.

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory across all marketplaces.
- Update stock regularly to prevent overselling and stock-outs.
- Coordinate inventory updates with internal teams.

Pricing Management

- Update product prices across marketplaces whenever required.
- Maintain pricing consistency and implement promotional pricing during campaigns.

Customer Support

- Respond promptly to customer queries through marketplace portals.




- Resolve customer concerns related to products, orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and seller ratings.

Reporting & Excel

- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Prepare inventory, pricing, and performance reports.
- Analyze sales data using Microsoft Excel.
- Use advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, sorting, filtering, and data analysis.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 13 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon, Nykaa, and Myntra seller accounts (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of catalog management and product listings.
- Experience in inventory management and order processing.
- Knowledge of pricing updates and marketplace operations.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, Data Management).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Candidates with experience managing beauty, fashion, cosmetics, personal care, or lifestyle brands on Amazon, Nykaa, and Myntra will be preferred.
