About the Role

Herbal Chakra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified BAMS Doctor to provide qualified Ayurvedic health consultations to customers. The role involves understanding patients' health concerns, recommending suitable Ayurvedic products and lifestyle modifications, and ensuring a high-quality consultation experience over calls and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide telephonic and online Ayurvedic health consultations to patients/customers.
- Understand patients' symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle to suggest appropriate Ayurvedic solutions.
- Recommend suitable Herbal Chakra products based on patients' health conditions and requirements.
- Guide customers on dosage, usage, diet, and lifestyle modifications as per Ayurvedic principles.
- Address customer queries related to health, wellness, and Ayurvedic products.
- Maintain accurate consultation records and follow up with patients when required.
- Coordinate with the Customer Support and Sales teams to ensure seamless customer service.




- Escalate critical medical cases whenever necessary.
- Ensure ethical medical practices and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Deliver a professional and empathetic consultation experience.

Eligibility

- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized university.
- Valid registration with the State/Central Ayurvedic Medical Council.
- 13 years of experience in patient consultation, teleconsultation, or Ayurvedic practice is preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic diagnosis and treatment principles.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Ability to understand patients' concerns with empathy and patience.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/consultation software.
- Ability to handle a high volume of consultation calls efficiently.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in teleconsultation or customer consultation will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound consultation calls.
- Passionate about promoting holistic health and wellness through Ayurveda.
