SysMind is hiring fresh graduates for the role of US IT recruiter.
Location: C-56/29, Balaji Innovation Centre, Sector 62, Noida
Shift Timing: Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM)
We provide a high-intensity training environment focused on building
expertise in US IT recruitment and staffing.

Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified IT professionals across the US market using job portals, LinkedIn, ATS/CRM tools, Boolean searches, and X-ray sourcing techniques
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and pipeline updates within ATS systems
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client requirements and hiring priorities
Gain understanding of US recruitment practices, work authorization categories (USC, GC, H1B, OPT/CPT), and key IT technologies
Ensure timely delivery against recruitment targets, SLAs, and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria
A bachelor's degree in any discipline (2023 / 2024 / 2025 / 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply)




Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with professional phone etiquette
Comfortable working in the US shift/night shift environment
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn
Interest in recruitment, technology, and AI-driven hiring practices
