Key Responsibilities -

- Develop and execute the transformation roadmap by driving UAT automation, CR Process transformation and AI-led process improvements across VOC, Process Intelligence (Digital Twin) and other initiatives
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, GenAI, Agentic AI and workflow automation to improve business processes.
- Partner with Business,Technology and external partners to implement scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Drive continuous enhancement of BPE capabilities and governance frameworks.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where they deliver measurable business value

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience

- 812 years of experience in Business Transformation, Process Excellence and Digital Transformation
- Proven experience in leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
