Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the interior fit-out team, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
- Oversee project execution from planning to delivery, including coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure accurate MIS reporting on project progress, costs, and issues encountered during construction phases.
- Lead a team of supervisors and workers to achieve operational efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 8-11 years' experience in interior works or related field (fit-out).
- Robust background in operations management with expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent team leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
- Proficiency in creating detailed reports using MIS systems.
