We are excited to invite you to our Walk-In Recruitment Drive for the Benefits Associate (Client Facing) role.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with experience(0-2 Yrs) working with overseas/international clients are highly preferred and welcome to attend.

Time: 11:00 AM 1:00 PM
Venue: Vensure Employer Solutions, American Epay , Tower C, 21st Floor, Advant Navis Business Park, Noida Sector -142, UP (201301)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary benefits contact for clients during open enrollment.

- Support sub-departments (Underwriting, System Operations, Client Relations, etc.) with renewal preparation.

- Validate client benefit plans for accuracy and perform quality checks on benefits-related data.

- Provide guidance to ensure regulatory compliance.

- Present and deliver client renewals with minimal oversight.

- Communicate and educate clients on benefit offerings and products.





- Work directly with insurance carriers and vendors to address plan-related inquiries.

- Advise employees on benefit options and assist them in making informed decisions.

- Review and generate reports to track open enrollment progress.

- Ensure the accuracy of employee benefits data within HRIS platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Robust organizational, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with HRIS platforms and the ability to learn new systems quickly
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Experience in project/task management and stakeholder coordination
Ability to resolve challenges and de-escalate issues through effective communication
