Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, enhancement, and rollout projects particularly in S4 HANA. Must have worked on SAP Basis/Rise.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and suggest & develop SAP solutions accordingly.
- Integration of SAP with other non-SAP applications including CRM, HRM, RFQ, WMS, and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure system stability, performance optimization, and high availability of SAP applications
- Manage SAP support operations, including helpdesk governance, incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA adherence.
- Drive user training initiatives, documentation standards, and adoption of best practices across business units.
- Establish and enforce SOPs, governance models, compliance controls, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with BASIS / RISE, infrastructure,



and cloud teams for system upgrades, hardware sizing, performance tuning, and landscape management.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong expertise in SAP (HANA S4, RISE & B1) in distribution and/or manufacturing domain.

Must have handled migration of systems, data migration, security, risk mitigation .

Hands-on experience at least two-three end-to-end SAP implementations.

Hands-on experience of working with SAP HANA and other non-SAP applications, CRM, HRM, RFQ and WMS application (SAP & Non-SAP).

Hand-on experience in user training, end-user support & documentation

Proven experience in implementing and enforcing SOPs and industry best practices.

Solid people and vendor management skills, including SLA management.
