We are hiring for experienced US Healthcare RCM Subject Matter Experts to strengthen our growing operations team in Noida.

This role is designed for professionals who have robust knowledge of end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management and are interested in transitioning into a Team Lead position based on their performance, leadership abilities, and process knowledge.

We are looking for people who can do more than manage daily production. The ideal candidate should be capable of training employees, improving processes, resolving complex billing issues, supporting client accounts, and helping build high-performing RCM teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide subject matter expertise across the complete US healthcare revenue cycle.
- Support processes including eligibility verification, prior authorization, charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, appeals, and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Review complex claims, denials, payer responses, and reimbursement issues.
- Identify root causes behind recurring denials, rejections, underpayments, and delayed collections.
- Develop corrective action plans and implement process improvements.
- Train new hires and existing team members on RCM processes, payer guidelines, client workflows, and quality standards.
- Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, process documents, and workflow guidelines.
- Conduct refresher training, process assessments, and knowledge checks.
- Support team managers with production planning, workload distribution, quality improvement, and employee development.
- Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround time, collections, denial trends, and other operational KPIs.
- Perform audits and provide clear, actionable feedback to team members.
- Handle client-specific escalations and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

Candidate Requirements





- Strong experience in US Healthcare RCM Industry.
- Sound understanding of end-to-end RCM workflows.
- Hands-on experience in at least two or more areas such as billing, AR follow-up, denial management, payment posting, eligibility, prior authorization, or medical coding.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and other US healthcare payers.
- Understanding of claim forms, CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, modifiers, EOBs, ERAs, payer portals, clearinghouses, and medical billing terminology.
- Experience in training, mentoring, auditing, or supporting junior employees.
- Strong team-building and people-management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Experience requirements are flexible for candidates who demonstrate strong RCM knowledge, communication skills, leadership potential, and the ability to train and develop a team.
