About the Role

looking for a Manager to join its Financial Services, Inclusive Finance & Development Advisory practice. The role will involve working on projects related to financial inclusion, access to credit, MSME finance, development finance, and financial sector advisory.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage consulting assignments from project initiation to completion.
- Work on projects related to inclusive finance, financial inclusion, access to credit, MSME finance, and development finance.
- Conduct market assessments, financial sector studies, research, and impact assessments.
- Work on donor-funded and international assignments with organizations such as the World Bank, IFC, ADB, UNDP, USAID, GIZ, etc.
- Prepare high-quality analytical reports, research reports, policy documents, strategy papers, and presentations.
- Conduct primary and secondary research, stakeholder consultations, surveys,



and interviews.
- Manage and mentor teams comprising Consultants, Senior Consultants, Analysts, and research professionals.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, including government bodies, financial institutions, donors, and development organizations.
- Support business development activities, including proposals, EOIs, and client presentations.

Candidate Profile

- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Inclusive Finance, Financial Inclusion, Access to Credit, Development Finance, MSME Finance, or related areas.
- Experience working on donor-funded and international consulting assignments.
- Strong experience in analytical research and report writing.
- Experience in managing Consultants and project teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
- Experience with organizations such as World Bank, IFC, ADB, UNDP, USAID, GIZ, FCDO, or similar institutions will be preferred.
- Candidates from consulting and advisory firms such as MicroSave Consulting (MSC), KPMG, EY, PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, CRISIL, and similar organizations will be preferred.
