Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing operations, improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will analyze production processes, balance manpower and machine capacity, improve workflows, and implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives across all production departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard cycle times for all manufacturing processes.
- Analyze and improve production workflows across Zinc Die-Casting, Trimming, Buffing, Polishing, Plating, Assembly, Laser Marking, Quality Inspection, and Packing.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flow charts, and work instructions.
- Calculate manpower requirements and optimize workforce allocation.
- Perform line balancing to improve production efficiency and reduce idle time.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase productivity.
- Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and recommend improvement actions.
- Analyze production data, downtime, rejection, rework,



and machine utilization.
- Develop productivity improvement projects to reduce manufacturing costs and lead time.
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, Tool Room, and Stores for process optimization.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Visual Management, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Support current product development by evaluating manufacturing feasibility and process planning.
- Recommend improvements in plant layout and material flow to reduce handling time and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and efficiency reports.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience in zinc die-casting, automotive components, precision engineering, or electroplating industries will be preferred.
