We are looking for an experienced Government Tender Specialist with strong expertise in GeM (Government e-Marketplace), Central/State Government tenders, and PSU procurement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end tender management and a proven track record of successfully securing government orders. Candidates with experience in the Ceiling Fan, BLDC Fan, or Geyser industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and monitor relevant Government, PSU, and GeM tender opportunities.

* Handle the complete tender lifecycle, including bid preparation, documentation, submission, and post-bid follow-up.

* Ensure compliance with all technical, commercial, and statutory tender requirements.

* Prepare and manage EMD, PBG, OEM Authorizations, technical documents, and other tender-related paperwork.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of accurate bids.

* Build and maintain robust professional relationships with Government departments, PSUs, and procurement authorities.

* Follow up with concerned departments to maximize tender award opportunities.





* Develop competitive pricing strategies and conduct competitor analysis.

* Maintain a database of tenders, bid status, and awarded projects.

* Generate regular MIS reports and provide updates to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* 37 years of proven experience in Government Tendering and GeM Portal operations.

* Strong knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and State Government e-Procurement portals.

* Experience in handling complete government procurement processes.

* Excellent understanding of tender documentation, compliance, and bid management.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

* Ability to work independently and meet strict tender deadlines.

Preferred Experience

* Experience in the Ceiling Fan, BLDC Fan, Electrical Appliances, or Geyser industry.

* Strong professional network and working relationships with Government departments and procurement officials.

* Demonstrated success in winning and managing Government tenders.
