We are looking for a Tally ERP sales & support specialist who can provide end-to-end customer support for Tally accounting software sales and deliver effective product demonstrations. The role requires strong Tally Prime expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset with a sales-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to Tally software users
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Tally-related issues efficiently
- Understand customer business requirements and suggest suitable Tally solutions
- Conduct product demos and presentations for Tally modules and features
- Sales closures through impactful demonstrations and customer engagement
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime Software
- Tally Support on Calls
- Excellent product presentation and demo skills
- Sales-driven attitude with influencing and convincing abilities
