- Prospecting for new accounts, interacting with current customers and meeting decision makers for business engagement purposes.
- Accountable for annual Sales & Collection target for entire North India.
- To be up to date on product portfolio and their application for effective sales promotion and sell LLP(Light Liquid Paraffin), HLP (High Liquid paraffin), WPJ (White Petroleum Jelly) Process Oil (Technical Grade Oils) to be used in different industry segment.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedule, merchandizing techniques.
- Observe changes in uncontrollable marketing environment and devise strategies to adjust to these changes by successfully satisfying customers.
- Work closely with the department to draw up business plan and monitor its implementation to ensure a robust growth in domestic market.
- Work on resolution of issues related to product, on time dispatch and sampling by coordinating with plant officials and providing support to operation department related to product.




- Ensure seamless process flow from the customer initial order to the delivery of product.
- Ensure timely payment by customer and thereby reducing the time and amount for recovery.
- To introduce various innovative processes to ensure reduction and improvement in recovery process.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, determining course of action to resolve customer problems, preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
- Ensure customer receives quickest service possible.
- Handling disappointed customers.
- Interacts and taking feedback about our product for business development.
- Coordination with R&D; team, Supply Chain & Logistics for testing, manufacturing and timely delivery of orders.

Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks. & responsibilities
