Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to work on AI-driven projects. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-based solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI and data-driven projects

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into actionable insights

• Collaborate with technical teams (AI/ML, data engineering) to define solution approaches

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization

• Prepare business cases, reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-making

• Support implementation and testing of AI solutions





• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals

• Identify process improvement opportunities using AI and automation

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in AI / Data / IT projects)

• MBA (Business Analytics / IT / Operations / Strategy preferred) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and data-driven decision-making

• Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation

• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills :

• Exposure to AI/ML tools or platforms

• Knowledge of SQL, Python (basic level is a plus)

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum setting

• Familiarity with automation tools or data platforms

• Understanding of business process mapping
