Job Title: Car Loan MIS Coordinator

Reporting To: Product Manager Car Loans

Role Objective
To support the sales team by preparing basic MIS reports, consolidating data, and ensuring timely sharing of car loan sales information for branches and channels.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and update daily and weekly sales reports for car loans(login,
disbursal, sourcing channel wise).
• Consolidate data received from branches, DSAs, and sales executives

into standard MIS formats.
• Track basic KPIs such as target vs. achievement, lead status, and

conversion ratios and highlight gaps to the reporting manager.
• Maintain and regularly update master files for sales hierarchy, branch/DSA codes, and product details.
• Do basic data checks to identify missing or incorrect entries and coordinate with branches/sales team to correct them.
• Share MIS and dashboards with sales team and management within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for data related to approvals, rejections,and disbursals for inclusion in MIS.




• Assist in preparation of monthly review presentations and performance scorecards.
• Support implementation of new report formats or simple automation under guidance of the senior MIS/sales manager.

Required Skills & Competencies
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (v-lookup, pivots, filters, basic charts).
• Basic understanding of car loan sales processes in an NBFC environment.
• Attention to detail and focus on accuracy of data.
• Positive communication skills for coordination with branches and sales staff.
• Ability to work with timelines and handle repetitive reporting tasks.

Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate
• 02 years of experience in MIS / back-office / sales coordination, preferably in a bank orNBFC.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Timely submission of daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS.
• Accuracy of data and minimum corrections required.
• Quality and completeness of branch/DSA/sales team performance tracking.
