Role & responsibilities -

- Conduct pre-flight safety checks of emergency equipment and cabin facilities.
- Attend pre-flight briefings to receive flight, weather, and passenger information.
- Welcome passengers on board and assist them in finding their seats.
- Help passengers with cabin baggage and ensure it is stored safely.
- Demonstrate safety procedures and explain the use of emergency equipment.
- Verify that seat belts are fastened and the cabin is secure before takeoff and landing.
- Serve meals, beverages, and other in-flight services.
- Respond promptly to passenger requests and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle passenger concerns, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Assist elderly passengers, children traveling alone, and passengers with special needs.
- Monitor passenger behavior and ensure compliance with airline safety regulations.




- Administer first aid and manage medical emergencies when required.
- Handle emergency situations such as evacuations, turbulence, or fire according to airline procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the cabin during the flight.
- Complete post-flight reports, including any incidents or passenger issues.
