Job Title: Air Pricing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Air Pricing Manager with a robust background in the Freight Forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing air freight pricing, airline procurement, rate negotiations, and customer quotations while ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.

Note: Only candidates from the Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end air freight pricing for import and export shipments.
- Procure competitive rates from airlines, consolidators, and overseas agents.
- Prepare accurate quotations for customers and the sales team.
- Negotiate rates and service agreements with airlines and vendors.
- Handle RFQs, tenders, and pricing for key accounts.




- Monitor market trends and freight rate fluctuations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain pricing records and ensure maximum profitability.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Air Freight Pricing within a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company.
- Strong knowledge of international air freight operations, pricing, routing, and airline networks.
- Proven experience in airline/vendor negotiations and procurement.
- Good understanding of import/export processes and freight forwarding operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and freight forwarding software/ERP.
