Customer Service Executive International/ Domestic Voice Process
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International/ Domestic voice process team.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
Requirements:
- 28 years of experience in an International Voice Process or Customer Service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Robust customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
