Key responsibilities

Warehouse & Store Operations

1. Manage day-to-day warehouse and store operations.

2. Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

3. Ensure proper space utilization cleanliness and safety standards.

4. Ensure all products are stored as per guidelines.

Inventory Management

1. Maintain accurate batch wise inventory records & Ensure FEFO.

2. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation & resolve inventory discrepancies.

3. Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and near-expiry stock.

4. Ensure timely reporting of damaged and expired products.

Goods Receipt & Dispatch

1. Verify purchase invoices, delivery challans, and inward documents.

2. Ensure correct quantity, batch number, expiry date, and product condition during receipt.

3. Supervise timely order picking and packing.

4. Verify dispatch documents before shipment.

Ensure dispatches are completed within defined time.

Documentation & Compliance

1. Maintain all warehouse records and documentation.

2. Delivery Challans, PO, Invoice, Stock transfer note & POD filing.

3. Ensure timely and accurate entries for all inventory transactions in software.

Team Management

1. Lead and supervise store assistants and warehouse staff.

2. Allocate daily work and monitor productivity.

Education Qualifications Graduate, Graduate in Pharmacy (B.Pharm will be value added)

Experience - 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehousing, inventory management, or store operations.

Experience in pharmaceutical distribution, C&F;, super stockist, or manufacturing warehouse is preferred.
