Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Engineer with a strong focus on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for a commercial mall construction project.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial building services and the ability to manage site execution efficiently.

- Supervise and execute HVAC works for the commercial mall project as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth execution of HVAC activities.
- Review HVAC drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor installation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, piping, ventilation, smoke control, and fresh air systems.
- Ensure proper testing, balancing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.




- Inspect site work regularly to maintain quality, safety, and progress standards.
- Prepare material requirements, track site consumption, and coordinate procurement with the project team.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and support timely completion of HVAC works.
- Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and coordination logs.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and project safety regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems in commercial buildings and mall construction projects

- Valuable understanding of chilled water systems, ducting, ventilation, smoke management, and air distribution systems.
