We are looking for a skilled Lab Technician to join our team at Dr. Lal Pathlabs Limited, responsible for working in the Pharma, Biologics and Medical devices department with expertise in Scale-up/Kilo Lab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory operations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

- Conduct experiments and tests to ensure product quality and efficacy.

- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.

- Prepare and analyze samples for testing and analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

- Develop and implement recent methods and procedures to improve laboratory efficiency.

- Maintain accurate records of test results and experiment data.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification.





- Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in Pharma, Biologics and Medical devices.

- Possess strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and instrumentation.

- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
