Role & responsibilities

Must have experience in LED driver & LED lightning industry

- Generate recent business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, channel partners, and key customers.
- Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and outstation travel within the assigned region.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections from customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, visit reports, and market feedback.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.




- Promote company products and provide product-related guidance to customers.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Field Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage.
