Moolchand Hospital is seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the hospital's infrastructure and engineering services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience managing healthcare or large commercial facilities, and the ability to ensure a safe, effective, and compliant environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all hospital engineering services and infrastructure.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of HVAC systems, electrical systems, DG sets, UPS, transformers, lifts, plumbing, STP, WTP, medical gas pipeline support, and fire & life safety systems.
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance programs for all critical equipment.
- Monitor utility consumption and drive energy conservation and cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), service providers, and vendor performance to ensure timely service delivery.
- Lead and supervise engineering, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other facility teams.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory regulations, fire safety norms, electrical safety requirements, and environmental guidelines.
- Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, renovation projects, and facility expansion activities.
- Prepare maintenance budgets, monitor operational expenditure,



and optimize resource utilization.
- Conduct facility audits, safety inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring timely closure of observations.
- Maintain documentation related to maintenance schedules, statutory inspections, compliance records, and equipment history.
- Coordinate with clinical, biomedical, nursing, and administrative departments to ensure uninterrupted hospital operations.
- Develop emergency response plans and ensure readiness during utility failures or emergency situations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.Tech/B.E. or M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- 515 years of experience in facility management, preferably in hospitals, healthcare institutions, or large commercial buildings.
- Strong knowledge of hospital infrastructure, building systems, utilities, and engineering operations.
- Experience in handling technical teams, contractors, and multiple vendors.
