Roles and responsibilities:

- Own key product areas end to end, from customer discovery solution delivery impact
- Define and drive product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with business goals
- Partner closely with design to deliver simple, intuitive user experiences
- Use data and insights to drive prioritization and decision-making
- Write clear, outcome-driven PRDs and collaborate closely with engineering on execution
- Track adoption, usage, and retention; iterate based on real signals
- Engage regularly with customers to uncover real problems and validate solutions
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and support on launches and positioning
- Mentor PMs and raise the overall bar on product thinking
