Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development initiatives and consistently achieve assigned revenue and business acquisition targets.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients requiring credit rating services.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with corporates, banks, NBFCs, Chartered Accountants, financial consultants, and other business intermediaries to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the complete client onboarding process, including collection of documents, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring timely execution of the credit rating assignment.
- Prepare business presentations, proposals, commercial offers, and client pitch decks tailored to customer requirements.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM records, MIS reports, and client databases.
- Conduct market mapping and research to identify potential industries, companies, and emerging business opportunities.
- Track competitor activities, industry trends, regulatory changes, and developments in the banking and financial services sector.
- Coordinate with analytical, operations,



and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution and high-quality client service.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry conferences, networking events, and business forums to enhance market presence and generate leads.
- Build long-term client relationships by providing timely support, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

- 2 -10 years of Business Development experience, preferably in a Credit Rating Agency or Financial Services organization.
- Strong understanding of:
- Credit Rating Products and Methodologies
- Financial Statement Analysis
- Banking and Financial Markets
- Corporate Lending Ecosystem
- Working Capital and Term Loan Financing

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated professional with a proven track record of consistently achieving business development and revenue targets.
