Position - Blow Molding Maintenance Engineer.

Qualification- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience - Minimum 10 years out of which 5 years hands-on maintenance experience in extrusion blow molding operations.

Location- Nigeria.

Job Description

- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of Blow Moulding Machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, HMI, VFD, servo drives, and automation systems.
- Maintain CMP Blow Moulding Machines, Jagmohan Blow Moulding Machines, Uniloy Auto Deflashing Systems, and Jagmohan 4-Parison Machines.
- Diagnose faults in electrical panels, control wiring, sensors, thermocouples, heater bands, and safety interlocks.
- Maintain hydraulic power packs, pumps, motors, valves, pneumatic cylinders, and air preparation systems.
- Maintain chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, conveyors, grinders, leak testing machines, and auxiliary equipment.
- Ability to work under production pressure and meet operational targets.
