Your Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

* Plan and execute impactful social media strategies.

* Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

* Create and maintain monthly content calendars.

* Monitor industry trends, competitors, and audience engagement.

* Build and nurture an active online community.

Content Creation

* Design eye-catching posts, reels, stories, and creatives.

* Write compelling captions and high-converting social media copy.

* Develop innovative campaign ideas aligned with brand objectives.

* Assist in executing engaging digital marketing campaigns.

Performance Marketing

* Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads.

* Drive brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.

* Monitor campaign performance and maximize ROI.

Video Editing

* Edit professional reels, promotional videos, and brand content.

* Work with Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.





* Deliver high-quality, engaging videos while maintaining brand consistency.

Analytics & Reporting

* Track campaign performance using data and analytics.

* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

* Recommend actionable improvements to enhance results.

What Were Looking For

Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling

Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms

Excellent communication and copywriting skills

Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools

Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is an advantage

Basic photography/videography skills will be a bonus

Ability to multitask, innovate, and meet deadlines

Who Can Apply?
