Our company is developing a small private industrial park in Uttar Pradesh. We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on person to take overall responsibility for the project from the pre-construction and approval stage through infrastructure development, project launch and execution.

This is a lead project-management role, requiring coordination between architects, consultants, government authorities, contractors, vendors and company management.

The ideal candidate should have direct experience in industrial parks, plotted developments, townships, land-development projects, infrastructure projects or industrial estates.

Ideal candidate should have:

- Robust understanding of industrial land and infrastructure development
- Experience coordinating architects, engineers and multiple contractors




- Familiarity with government approval processes in Uttar Pradesh is highly desirable
- Experience dealing with development authorities and local government departments
- Strong project scheduling and cost-control skills
- Ability to read and understand civil, infrastructure and services drawings
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Strong negotiation and contractor-management skills
- Practical, solution-oriented and willing to spend substantial time at the project site
- Good working knowledge of Excel and project-tracking tools
