How can you make an Impact?

- Summarize material indent requirements received from multiple project sites.
- Verify technical specifications and obtain approvals from the GM – Engineering & Design team.
- Prepare RFQs, Comparative Statements (CSQ), conduct Reverse Auctions (RA), negotiate with vendors, and obtain necessary approvals.




- Create Purchase Orders (POs)/Work Orders (WOs) through the ERP system.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery across project sites.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Store Managers, and Branch Purchase teams for smooth procurement operations.
- Monitor GRNs and vendor payments on a weekly basis.
- Ensure purchase and store audits are completed on time and close audit observations.
- Compare procurement audit data across locations and drive process improvements.
- Develop and maintain robust vendor relationships while ensuring cost optimization and timely procurement.

What are we looking for?

- 4+ years of progressive experience in procurement within the real estate/construction industry.
- Full-time B.Tech (Civil/Electrical).
- Strong exposure to procurement of construction materials for residential/commercial projects.
- Excellent commercial negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and procurement processes.
