POSITION PROFILE
Position Title: Service Delivery & Operations
Location: Recent Delhi
Reports to/Position Title: Managing Director
Senior Managers (dotted line)
Supervisors: Project Staff across various project sites
Job Overview:
This Service Delivery & Operations role will be overseeing number of key functions to deliver of a high-quality service as per SLA for external clients of Sirius, based all over India.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Operations will be responsible for following:
- Manage Multiple Projects involving L1/L2 support teams, located at different locations.
- Strict Adherence to SLA as per terms, ensure service delivery is timely and accurate on a daily basis.
- Track & Maintain MIS data to gauge performance on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly for the project.
- Any Request/Requirement from Project Drive till conclusion. Involve in procurement efforts.
- Manage complex & nested Projects from Multiple Govt Clients based all over India.
- To build and maintain talent pool for business needs. Like Backup and Replacement. Involve in Hiring Efforts as and when required.
- Conduct service review of all responsible projects on agreed frequency with Sirius Management.
- Minimizing the penalty is a major KPI
- Identify training and development needs for the team. Execute the plans with the help of the internal & external training team.
- This position is an external and Internal stakeholder facing role and requires establishing and manage expectations with all stakeholders.
- Ensure Smooth on time Client Billing, Follow up for Payments.
- Act as Point of Contact for the Project.
- Provide regular and accurate management reporting on Project Health to Sirius Management.
Requirements:
- Service Management Professional
- Experience of managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Vendor Management, Hiring, Maintaining Resource Pool.
- Procurement Exposer is desirable.
Qualification:
- Any Bachelors degree - B Sc (IT)/BCA/BTech
- Any Technical Certification MCSA/MCSE/CCNA/RHCSA or equivalence will be added Advantage.
- ITIL Foundation Certified and Knowledge of ITIL Framework will be an added advantage
Experience:
At least 4-5 years of experience in Leading Teams/Projects, Managing Operations. SGL will prefer a candidate with a results-based business-oriented and who can manage change with ease.
Location: New Delhi
Compensation offered:
- Up to 4 5.5 Lakhs per annum CTC
Other Specific Requirements:
- English and Hindi both oral and written. Any other Indian language will be an added asset.
