Hiring | Product Development Manager

Location: Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end product development across Lip, Eye, Face, and Nail categories.
- Drive innovation through trend forecasting, consumer insights, and market research.
- Manage formulation, shade development, packaging, testing, and commercialization.
- Collaborate with R&D;, Marketing, Packaging, Sourcing, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.
- Coordinate with domestic & international manufacturers, laboratories, and packaging vendors.
- Ensure timely product launches, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and cost targets.

Requirements:

- 1015 years of experience in Product Development within Beauty, Personal Care, or Color Cosmetics.
- Expertise in formulations, cosmetic ingredients, product testing, and packaging development.
- Experience managing multiple product launches and working with contract manufacturers.
- Solid project management and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
